TenantAIQ uses SMS text messaging to facilitate communication between landlords and their tenants. This policy explains how we use SMS, what messages are sent, and how to opt out.
TenantAIQ sends the following types of transactional SMS messages:

For Landlords: By adding a tenant to TenantAIQ and initiating SMS communication, you represent and warrant that:
For Tenants: When your landlord adds you to TenantAIQ, you will receive a welcome text message explaining the service. By continuing to communicate via the provided number, you consent to receiving transactional SMS messages related to your tenancy.
To stop receiving messages:
Reply STOP to any message from TenantAIQ.
You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Your landlord will be notified that you have opted out of SMS communication. After opting out, you will need to communicate with your landlord through other means.
To re-subscribe, reply START to the same number.
Message frequency varies based on your tenancy activity. Typical frequency:
TenantAIQ does not charge tenants for receiving messages. However, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
Messages are sent from our toll-free number: (833) 700-6693. This number may change if your landlord is assigned a different dedicated number.
Phone numbers and message content are stored securely and used only for property management purposes. We do not sell or share tenant phone numbers with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
TenantAIQ complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state regulations regarding text messaging. All messages are transactional in nature and sent with prior consent.
