Refund Policy

The Short Version

30-day free trial. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged. After the trial, cancel anytime — your subscription ends at the end of your billing period. No partial refunds.

Free Trial

All new TenantAIQ accounts include a 30-day free trial with full access to all features in your selected plan. No payment is charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.

After the Trial

If you do not cancel before your trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged the monthly rate for your selected plan:

Starter: $49/month (up to 5 units)
Growth: $99/month (6-25 units)
Portfolio: $249/month (25-100 units)

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. When you cancel:

Your service continues until the end of your current billing period
No further charges will be made
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation
After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted

Refunds

During trial: No charge was made, so no refund is needed
First month after trial: If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund
After first 7 days: No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period
Annual plans: Not currently offered. All billing is monthly.

Disputed Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a dispute with your bank. We will resolve billing issues within 2 business days.
