We're landlords ourselves. We know what it's like to get the 2AM text about a leaking sink. The awkward rent reminder every month. The maintenance requests scattered across texts, emails, and voicemails. The stack of paperwork when things go wrong.

We looked at every property management tool on the market. They all gave us more software to learn, more dashboards to check, more buttons to click. None of them actually did the work for us.

So we built an AI that does.

Our Promise
